Surprised to log on today and see that I had been booted from GoDT. Not sure why but I guess you had your reasons. Anyway, just wanted to thank you for having me for a while. I enjoyed my time in this guild and I wish you all continued GW success.

Cama PMed me about this and i approved it.

Reasons being that you never talked on GC or joined any teams, in fact i removed you from member section here in forum 2 weeks ago asi thought you left befoe as i never heard of you really. Being a part of guild is not filling a roster space, but talking and playing with others

Thanks for responding Horus. At least I know why I was booted now. Not sure I completely agree with your assessment of me as a guild member, but it is your guild.

more players will get kicked for this reason, we're only doing it for the best of our guild, to keep active players in it

yep, but if joining again and keeping things as they were(not using GC/joining teams) there's no point to even be in guild tbh

I won't deny that I didn't use guild chat very often. I always felt like I would be interrupting others conversations. But I did join several guild teams, mostly for HM missions. Of course, none of those teams had officers in them, so I'm not surprised that you weren't aware of that.

Anyway, no hard feelings. I hope you find the type of guild members you are looking for.

I would be happy to let him back in, but GC and Forums are your friend, we are trying to make the guild an active place so reticence is not a good trait, whilst politeness does count in your favor Smile

I contacted you in game before kicking, but didn't get a respond even after 1-2 hours. Like we decided a while before to keep an eye on activity of members. But I see you're going on our forums to rant about this which I see as a good way of solving this. If you just check them regulary and join some guild teams I'd be glad to let you back in.
You don't interrupt others conversations by saying something in the GC, don't hesitate to say anything.

Sorry I didn't respond to you Cama, but I never saw your message. I was afk a lot yesterday. I was farming Strength of Snow and would go afk while snowmen finished up.

I didn't intend to "rant" about being kicked. I also didn't intend to plead for reinstatement. I was curious as to why I was kicked and that question has been answered.

Thanks again for letting me be in GoDT. I learned a lot from you guys.

The "farming" event is over today, so I am assuming that we shall start to see what could be construed as NORMAL guild activity again. (myself included)

With this in mind I propose to invite Griffin Back into the guild.

BEGIN RANT!!!!

This next bit applies to all (and yes I will be ranting on about this in GC at some point everyday until I am kicked from the guild) ... ACTIVITY!

If your in game say HI, say what the hell you want (as long as it not infantile babble) but FFS say something Smile

If you want to do something in game. ASK YOUR GUILDIES! they may say no 9 times to different things but want to join you on the 10th.

I am tired of people whining about "there's nothing to do" well FFS start a group and invite your guildies, it not just the officers that are "allowed" to do this

GC is too quiet at times or it always the same people talking, 70+ ppl in guild I expect to see at least 60% talking about something at some point, if not, if you want to run solo then do so as there is no point being in the guild.
