Indeed, if you own Proph, Factions, NF and EoTN, you can get to the plains of jarin through kamadan and talk to him there.

GG, you've got MOX.

Theres 3 quests to do, but they're kinda easy, you wont spend an hour on em.

But I guess you people know that now..

Just play a Bha ranger, a few physicals and a necro with barbs and N.O.X goes down reasonably fast. Discord spamming is nice too.
